• Apply a generous (quarter-sized) amount of Blue Tansy Oil Cleanser to face, neck and décolleté skin.

• The skin should be very oily. Can be used over eyes to remove eye makeup.

• Massage the cleanser into the skin with small circles.

• Make sure to take extra time over congested areas. This will help keep the pores clean and free of debris and blackheads from forming.

• Wet hands and massage water into oils. This turns the cleanser to a milky consistency.

• Rinse thoroughly with water.
